The 11 Wardrobe Essentials for Every Portland Woman

This morning on AM Northwest, Elizabeth Teater was the guest.  She gave her take on the 11 items that every woman in Portland should have in her closet.  Because of our weather here, there are 4 coats/jackets in the mix.
