Speaking Engagements
This is to let the world know that Portland Firefly is available to speak to women’s groups about this horrible cancer — Ovarian and Primary Peritoneal Cancer.
There will be no fee and I am willing to travel as I am able.
Women MUST be educated about the symptoms of this fast growing, deadly cancer and I will do what I can toward this end. And so, if you belong to a women’s group — of any kind — PEO, Bible Study, Business Association, a group of your friends, etc, I would love to come and talk about my experience and educate the participants on the symptoms of the rare and aggressive cancer. Just for the record, I would be willing to speak to a mixed group (men & women), but since this applies mostly to women… the men might not be too interested in it.

What a fabulous idea.
It was so wonderful to see you tonight at the dance. You looked beautiful. I didn’t think about germs when I gave you a hug! I’m sorry for that oversight. I’ll do better next time. I’m sure you went home and washed right away after all the hugs and hand shakes you probably received. We just all love you so much, we want to show it by hugging you.

There were a few people that I knew that I HAD to hug –for myself— and you and your husband were two of them. So don’t you even worry about it one tiny bit! Yes, you had better “do better” next time and give me another hug!

sweetie, you can have as many hugs as you want! any time. i’m always available. did i mention i do massage also? have my own massage table and will travel:)
